Seine was born on November 5th of an unspecified year in the city of Tokyo. She is 17 years old.[1]
Seine works part-time as a navigator, where she serves as the highest-ranking navigator compared to Yume and Linka. Outside of her time as a navigator, Seine is a high schooler where she serves as the Student Council President. She is described as good-looking, perfect at studying, athletic, good at playing music and is generally well-known as someone who is kind to her fellow classmates.[1]
She is the daughter of the President of Groove Coaster's management company, which Yume is unaware of. Her parents' work caused her to have to live abroad for a while, but when she returned to Japan in the spring she resumed her part-time occupation as a navigator.[1]
Seine plays Groove Coaster as an experienced player, being able to play master difficulty levels and is very enthusiastic about Groove Coaster.[1]
Her favourite foods include konpeito, chikuwabu and star fruit.[1]
Seine does not like being called "cute" by her juniors.[1]
